Shipping & Returns/Refund Policy

Shipping Policy: 

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 processing days as all items are made to order and allow up to 7 business days to be delivered to you. The shipping providers that would be used the most will be USPS or UPS. 

 

Return/Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy for any reason with you purchase, our policy last 7 days from when you receive your package to be eligible for a return. If 7 days have passed from when you received your package, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a return or refund.

All items are made to order, in order to be eligible for a return/refund all items must be in the same condition that you received it in, in example no signs of wear and tear, unwashed, etc. 

If we accept your return, we will walk you through the steps to get started.

In most cases, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Shipping cost is non-refundable and if your return/refund is accepted, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

If you are returning an item/order of $75, we suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
